shanahanlu @starrberrie Hello that is the lighting. The Bag is not two-toned however it is a Vintage bag and it has color variations due to what portion receives the most consistent light. Beneath the Flap is going to be a different tone than the outer portions of the bag. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information. thank you
