are these a 38 or 39? looks like it says 39 on the bottom. Also, can you make any stype of exception if I can return if they dont' fit? These would be for me wedding and I can't afford to buy them unless I know they fit. I don't have a way to try any of these on as they don't seem to make them anymore. If you can allow a return , I will buy them.

@sara917 I actually have both a 38 and a 39 as well as a 37.5 and 37. If they don’t fit I’d be glad to do an exchange for one of my other sizes!
