Romans open crochet fringe cardigan/ duster, in like new condition. Gorgeous statement piece in my opinion this can be used all year round. In the winter this would dress up any black,brown or grey sweater. In the spring,wear it over any shirt sleeve white,blue,yellow or even mint green.
