Let's start with the neckline; it's shaped with a neat "V" at the centre. Next, the loose long sleeves and finally the scattered print. With all of that in mind, we say this calls for a twirl. Size is a Small Petite, but easily fits a small (I am 5'7 and dress hits my fingertips).
