@jennifereast845 Hi! Well, it's not sealed but it isn't really very rough either. It is fairly smooth but does have some texture. I ran my hand across the surface and it doesn't feel as if the glitter will come off if that's what you mean? I guess I would say you can feel some surface but it certainly isn't really rough.

@kimeyoung I actually just rechecked the bag. It is much more gold that I thought! I think the photo was taken in the bright light and it looks faded but it is definitely gold!
