Stunning blue and white maxi dress by KAS New York in size medium. One of a kind style. Would be great for a wedding or for everyday wear as well. Bodice has toile-inspired print with pleating. Halter neck. Skirt has micro accordian pleats, with alternating white and periwinkle blue. Hidden elastic waistband for comfort. Silky lining in bodice and skirt.
