Brand new w/ tags, never worn. Stretchy. Bust: 16" wide stretches to 18" give or take. 11 hooks. Size: L in junior so it runs small. Adjustable straps. All Measurements are shown in pictures, Measurements are most of the time spot on but can be off by a little, so please do not hold me to any of these measurements, they are just a rough estimate.
