I made these for my sister years ago. Waist is 29 hips 34. Made of soft rayon fabric. Very pretty floral print. Has ribbon around the leg for a feminine look and the hem has lace trim with ribbon. You can draw the string on the bottom for a tapered look, or open them up wide and wear them as shorts. looks cute under a full skirt.
