Men’s Michael Kors Watch brand new w/tags

Brand new and was worn on my husband’s wrist for 2 minutes and he said no.I bought it online from Michael Kors and the only way to exchange it is to go into my local Michael Kors store, which we don’t have here. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift since he had been wanting a new watch. My feelings are hurt, the watch is not!
