Sterling Silver Vintage Drop Navajo Earrings

These intriguing sterling silver earrings with multi color inlay, are stamped Sterling GB on the back. I believe the GB is referencing Garrison Boyd who is a Navajo artist. There is some patina present, but I did not attempt to clean them, as I am not sure the best way to do so, given the inlay. They are approximately 1 1/4" long and 1/2" wide. See pictures.
