NWOT Vintage Handmade tribal boho wrap skirt turtle print

This skirt was handmade in Indonesia and is a one of a kind item. It was once sold in a boutique in the early 90s. I received the overstock from this boutique. This is new without tags. It was washed due to being in storage. It features 2 sets of buttons that can be adjusted, an elastic waist to the back, tassel detail and side slit. No size tag, see measurements 13-14in across waist depending on buttons used and stretches to 16in, 17in across hips, 25in length. Check out my other items!
