@redwendy 41 is a size 11 in Louboutin. If you have wider feet, sizing up helps but I have a 41 and I wear 10-10.5 with my wide feet.

@reneejenkins413 yes, the ball of foot area. I don’t use any of the sole protectors on my CL’s but feel as though these would benefit from having them since all the wear will be on ball of foot area since they are so high
