@janell_in_miami Does the 8 inch strap drop include the sort of cut out that would go under the arm? Maybe it would help if you could post a picture with the handles stretched out. I love it - just want to get it in my shoulder in winter!

@cdstorm20 That is a great question. I took the tote out and measured the chain strap from the cut to the top and it is 11". So there is more room there. Please stand by and I will post a picture.
