Cotton blend fringed edged, short multicolored plaid jacket..it’s a US 14/European 48…made in the US so close to bring true to size..can fit a 12 ..measurements as follows..pit to pit approximate as there are no closures..20 inches…shoulder to shoulder 18 inches..sleeve length 23 1/2 inches..length of jacket from shoulder 17 inches
