60s green checkered, hounds tooth pattern blazer

This blazer/light jacket is so beautiful. it is in great condition but it does have a flaw on the bottom front right and part of the lining is a litte undone, see photos, nothing too noticeable. My favorite part is that beautiful psychedelic lining. I am a S or M and this is a little bit loose on me so I say it is oversized S or M and can fit a L, but see the approximate measurements below.
