1960s Best & Co. Young Cosmopolitans dress. A-Line mini dress style with double layer of chiffon and cotton-poly like under layer. funky psychadelic like pattern of blues, purples and turquoise. 3/4 zip at back. V stitched across chest for added fit. weighted drop "cowl" style neckline. one small hole in chiffon layer near top and some minor faint staining across front, which is not noticeable until looking for it. size on tag is 11, fits like a modern XS/S, see measurements: 32" bust 30" waist 37" long
