60’s Vintage Aqua Blue Fuzzy Wool Hat by Betmar

60's vintage fuzzy wool aqua blue hat by Betmar Merri Soie. Hat features a jeweled accent. The only imperfection is that some of the gems are missing from the accent and there is makeup stained on the inside band of the hat. Circumference is 21". Overall, the hat is in good condition.
