60s vintage black velvet capelet shawl wrap with pockets. Open draping cape style with longer front, silky satin lining and finished seam hand pockets. Fold over collar and slight lapels. The interior has straps possibly for tucking in the front for a different look. Open front with no closure. No label Measures approximately 42 inches wide 30 inches long in front 23 inches long in back Good vintage condition with one threadbare area on the back. Slight stale closet odor, dry-cleaning would take care of that
