60s Pastel Ruffle Dress

Adorable floral short sleeve dress with matching fabric belt on two belt loops. Tuxedo ruffle on front with decorative buttons. Polyester/Rayon. White background with pink, purple, and green flowers and clovers. Zipper down back and hook and eye at top. Some staining at shoulders, most likely rust from a metal hanger. Mostly on the inside but it bled through a little. I did not try cleaning it. Otherwise, good vintage condition. Laying flat, 19" pit to pit and 16" at waist.
