60s Mustard Yellow Velvet Mini Dress - Petite Small | Vintage Sleeveless A-Line Twiggy Shift Dress Adorable vintage 60s mustard yellow velvet shift mini dress. It is meant to be worn with a low-cut neckline in the front, as shown in the picture but can also be reversed to be worn with a high neckline (no tags!). In great condition with minor flaws as it is vintage (see pictures). Gorgeous dress but just doesn’t quite suit me!
