Such a rare find by New York designer Harry E. Epstein. Beautifully handcrafted in every little detail. I’ve pictured it all over for you. It’s pleated at the waist and has belt loops (NO BELT INCLUDED). Shoulder pads and crisp sleeves. Faux Pearl half-buttons on front above and below the waist. It feels linen to me, but there is no fabric tag in this handmade gem. There is a number tag attached that may be from his shop or previous dry cleaning. I’ve just had this cleaned and it comes from a nonsmoking pet friendly home. There are a couple of very light blemishes that will not be noticeable amongst the pink and blue balloons.
