60's Cheerleader Uniform Sweater Top- 38

Columbiaknit Cheerleadr's top and heart shaped charm. top in virgin wool size 38. The letter "B" and the name "Lois Jane" that are just pinned on. There's also a pendant that says "Lois Jane" on one side and "Danny" on the other. Was this a real life GREASE story? We'll never know but please examine the pics to see condition including holes stains and snags.
