60s 70s floral micro mini dress

At some point it must have been a maxi dress that someone wanted shorter bc the bottom was cut and wasn’t hemmed. A few flaws, as shown above. The hook is missing the “eye”. Soo cute and would be adorable with bright tights or leggings! Bust: 16” Waist: 13” Length: 27.5”
