Hello! Please note, there is no brand/size tags - size based on size chart online, indicating 26 in chest measurement is around a 6-7 year old. Cannot guarantee fit - must check with individual child to ensure proper fit. The shoulder straps are currently both pinned down to prevent the excess straps from flapping - if you don't like it that way, they can be removed - they are fully functional, either way. Item is in good condition overall - has vintage buttons/zipper decals, most likely from late 60s. Rating system is based on MY review of the item.
