60’s, 70’s Vintage Maxi Dress

Vintage maxi dress from the 60’s/70’s. Adjustable spaghetti straps, padding at bust. Attached black sash for you to bow in back. Black with white polka dots and colorful flowers throughout. The designer appears to be Madam D. No fabric or size tag. Feels like a soft, cool nylon. I’m an XS/S. 5’ 6”. It’s relaxed on me and the sash is tied tight. Fabric is elastic between the back straps for a more personal fit. Could also fit a medium. Measurements available on request.
