XOXO top full of gorgeous detail. Top is a crepe fabric and bottom is black stretch jersey. front is ruched on the bottom. Has little fluttery crepe cap sleeves. Back of top is pleated. Just gorgeous with buttons in front of top and a V neck pit to pit about 13" shoulder to hem is 24"
