This is a vintage black skirt it says 3XL but it's more like a large I measured the top it's got stretch to it as it's 10% Spandex But it's about 17in from seam to seam then more on the hips it's about 20-1/2 to 21in Its a midi and has a great spinning with a full skirt it's still in great condition no stains holes or rips
