This MSK overlay top is a combination of chiffon and velvet. Chiffon is black and the boarder is black velvet. The design is unique with 'blocks' of different colors and designs to go with just about anything and for just about any occasion. Has a round neckline and is one size. Can be worn with the ends on the side, or can be worn with the points to the front and back so there are no 'arm holes'. Excellent condition.
