Vintage GIVENCHY Stunning Designer Statement Large Oval Faux Pearl Clip Earrings

E30. Earrings signed Givenchy spectacular; oversized faux mabe (?) style Pearls set in gold tone w/braided rope detail around bezel setting. Elegant & luxurious runway style we believe may be 1980s (guess). Esti 1 1/2"L x 1"W. Nicely sized, meant to be seen. Clip backs hallmarked Givenchy Paris NY. Look like these had comfort pads/similar attached at some point which have dried up & now stuck to the orig backer. From manufacture or aftermarket?? See pix! One clip back is VERY loose. Will need to be tightened or repaired - TLC. Some scratches/nicks/rubs/wear to surface of faux pearls & metal finish. These are sold 100% as found, as is. Lovely find 🌺
