@tunenalindax4 hi, thanks for your questions. I am positive this is a girls sizing. It’s fairly tiny, but a person who wears woman XS might be able to wear it. The straps are not adjustable. Flat lay measure armpit to armpit is about 15 inches, and center back to bottom hem is about 14 inches. I have added photos and updated the listing. 😊

@tunenalindax4 that is very hard for me to judge—I’m an XL/1X, lol. It would be quite cropped, but does stretch a good 2 inches in width. I hope that, plus the measurements, is useful for decision-making.
