jyahne @mamabear7224 bought 2 separate listings from you for $20 a piece for a total of 36 Malibu Hard water treatments. I received 17 Malibu hard water treatments and some nose strips that I didn’t order. Where are the other 19 Malibu treatments?

mamabear7224 @jyahne the listing was for a 6 pack of the treatments w 3 packs available. the nose strips were an extra, thrown in. I am sorry for any misunderstanding. I will see what I can do about refunding one of the orders, as the description was, evidently, not clear. I will contact posh re: the refund.

jyahne @mamabear7224 the listing stated 3 x 6 pack which equals 18 packets and shows that in the photo. It was my intention to purchase 18 packets in each order. The photo had some blue packets in it as well but I didn’t get any of those. Very confused.

mamabear7224 @jyahne different packets. as I said, I can understand the confusion. am working to refund one of your orders. I did price out Malibu tx's and they are going for 4 packets for $20-30. therefore, I thought it would be fair to offer the one refund and you will have received 12 for $20. if this doesn't meet with your satisfaction, , please feel free to initiate a return on the items and get your full refund allowed per policy. my apologies for any misunderstanding.
