6 Oneida Stainless Satin & Glossy Cantata Salad Forks This Oneida pattern is Cantata with both a satin and glossy finish on the handles The scroll edges are glossy, and the plain center part of the handles are a satin finish. This pattern was made in all glossy for years before Oneida made them with satin and gloss for only 1 year in 2003. They measure 6 1/2" long and look like they were not used much at all.
