(6) JESSICA H GOLD Sparkling Bell 3/4 length sleeves, Layered look, and Stretchy For the occasion where you want to be sparkly but you can't neccesarily wear a mini skirt and a low plunging top. (Not all parties are like that.) I'm torn with this dress because I feel like it looks like a mother-of-the-bride dress but then I can imagine it on a young woman going out to dinner or a party with sparkly heels and loose hair with her sleeves dangling down as she holds a glass of champagne.
