Now this is a little black top that makes a statement, either dressed up or dressed down! The asymmetrical look of this super cute and sexy off-the-shoulder blouse from 5th Culture is sophisticated and simple, all at once. In solid black, this top gathers at the bottom and along the neck / armpit line, and is made of a flow-ey lightweight material. One arm is sleeveless and the other arm is long sleeved down to a gathered cuff.
