@anaandrade7 OK, waist laid flat measures 13.5" and inseam is 29" . They actually have quite a bit of stretch! So, the waist us approximately 27" unstretched.. You will have to be the ultimate judge of fit.

@kcztreasures 6-8 is waist is 13 to 14" ,rise and inseam approx the same as smaller size. Let me know if you need anything else. These are 10% elastane so they do stretch.

@freedom1961 well, these are definitely smaller than the ones you have and they do have lots of stretch but I can't say for sure that they will fit.. I have the same problem but I have a big butt. So.. I have a hard time finding pants and I hate it.
