Does this item include the original shoulder strap? Also, are there additional photos of the inside and bottom of the bag?

I don't think have the shoulder strap but it was my mother;'s and she rarely used it. If you will allow me to check, I will exam. the bag closer., take more pics if necessary and get back to you.
