Antique unmarked silver tone ( believe it’s silver plate) with texture design. It has a silver tone chain. Inside there is a mirrored compact, space for dimes and nickels that are spring loaded and a compartment with a hinged clip (coins not included). It has not been polished. It has dents and wear on each side. See photos for measurements and condition. Unique look in used condition
