In EUC, from Banana Republic's Spring, 2009, collection, this is a cool Verdun green (best I can describe the color), short-sleeved, button-down stretch. Fit & flare styling. No holes, tears or stains, really in great shape. Top has 9 buttons in total: 5 on front panel, and 4 on cuffs (2 each). All buttons are firmly affixed and present, and all are functional. Comes with an extra button, as shown in photos.
