Vintage 1960s-70s one of a kind handmade dragon dress with matching belt in excellent vintage condition with some wear, no stains, or holes. The material is a beautifully vibrant polyester type fabric with a slight amount of stretch. Lying flat the measurements are approximately: Waist- 17' Bust- 18' If I had to give it a size I would say 10-12.
