fauncey @janemt70 No, sorry I do not, but I would be glad to make it for you. How old is the child? The adult cut size is 9" x 6", so I can see what they recommend for youth. I can do your choice of backing, as well. I still have the blue, or lilac, or a deep plum (which I really like). Is it for a boy or girl? I would keep the price the same at $16. You can also choose black or white adjustable elastic. Sorry for delayed response.
