Express brand dress

This dress is brand new, never worn. It is a light blue color and the top of the sleeves are sheer. It’s made of a stretchy material so it hugs your curves. It is tight and low cut in the front, I just don’t have enough boobs for it 😩 There is a small imperfection in the v cut of the dress, shown in the pictures. It must’ve been like that when I bought it, didn’t notice it until I took these pics!
