Cute piece from Phillip Lim, circa 2010. Bought at Barney’s. Cotton vest that can also be worn as a top when buttoned up. Slight discoloration on right lapel but barely noticeable— never worn piece! Tag says XL, but would look great on a L for a loose, chic feel
