Cotton paisley tunic dress

Beautiful cotton dress feels like madras, but it’s not plaid. Not sure if it’s madras if it’s not plaid. The feel of the material and the pattern is also on the other side, kinda opposite color scheme (see pic). There is no identifying tags so not sure who made it. Can be worn as a cover or over tights or jeans. Measures: Armpit to armpit 19.5” Sleeve 22” Length 44”
