Polka dot vintage dress by GALANOS. Red and black with black panel embellishment. Pleated bodice, drop waist, back snap closure. Button closure at wrists. 20” across chest. 16” across smallest part of waist. This is actually meant to go past the hips, like a traditional 20s dress. My hips are larger than 32” so I work the dress above my hips and it was still adorable - see photo. Just note there is no stretch in this dress. 43” length. No visible flaws. Pristine vintage condition.
