Pretty Little Thing Blazer Dress

I bought this off the site Pretty Little Thing and unfortunately did not return it on time! It is too big on me. This is a size 4 but in my opinion runs a little larger than that. I also might just be too short for it (I’m 5’1). It has never been worn!
