gkb2017 Wondered if you are shipping this one instead of the silver one that i had bundled? I requested to switch to rose gold color but had not received confirmation. Also I’m wondering if you will be shipping as it was “bought” few days ago already.

moodtherapy @gkb2017 Just like it says in every single one of our listings, every order is made one at a time by hand after the order is made.. Normally it takes between 2-5 days until it actually ships.. With that being said your order will be finished and shipped this evening.. However there is no silver ring in there. There is a gold ring and a rose gold one, and some ear rings I believe.. I just know there is no silver ring to be switched out with.. Mike

gkb2017 @moodtherapy hi Mike, thanks for response. I am sorry I don’t meant to rush I just wanted to know an ETA as well if you got my urgent request that I wanted to swap the opal ring to rose gold band before the order went through (my bad it’s not silver in that bundle it was gold band). I guess I confused my silver hoops w that opal ring. Thank you for clarifying!

moodtherapy @gkb2017 I was just talking to Kady about it, and she said if, when it gets there if you would rather have a Rose Gold band we can make one and exchange it for you.. We can even cover the return shipping of the gold one.. So when it arrives check it out and decide because for us to exchange it, it has to happen right away.. I need a new ring I can still sell back ya know.. Mike
