simplyrey @fashionsnob7694 the Small is aprox. 34 1/2 inches and the medium is aprox. 37 inches. It is not a detachable belt, the strap is sewn into each side of the pouch as seen in pictures. Just wanted to clarify. Let me know if you have any other questions :) thank you!
