Bought it to wear for a costume, and at the time I was about a women size 10/12 which is why I put that as the size. There is a significant stretch from the elastic in the waist. Velvet like The tag actually reads as a US 10-12Y which I looked up to be a kids size for those ages. Please ask more questions for further clarification

j4o4j4o4 @zeesandy Hey! Thank you for asking because upon looking again there are some things I should've actually include in the description portion. I bought the skirt to wear for a costume, and at the time I was about a size 10 which is why I put that as the size. I just uploaded a picture of the tag with the actual size, which indicates that it is a US 10-12Y which I looked up to be a kids size for those ages. I uploaded a photo with the the measurements which looks small very much inline with(1/2)
