There is very little stretch.

Thank you for your interest.
The length is about 38 inches with a 1 1/2 inch lace trim. Altogether would be 39 1/2 inches.
Shoulder to shoulder is about 10 inches.
Armpit to Armpit is about 15 inches.
Waist about 13 inches.
