ninetenmarket @yemanya77 Hi, again! I just got back and measured the skirt, and the measurements are actually waist 26.75” and the hips are free. If you’re interested let me know or send me an offer, I’m moving into a shoebox dorm soon so I’m trying to sell this before I move😂
